I know Japan has been more or less out of the whole war game for a while now, but I would sure not like to be on the receiving end of a Japanese strike. I guarantee they'll do it efficiently and well if they have to do it.
Of course, if North Korea responds and their missiles work as well as they did in their test, Nelson's "Nuke the Whales" campaign might actually get some play.
