Apparently, a previous owner of one of my guns did not feel the same way. While cleaning one of my 1911s yesterday, I noticed a very light scribble underneath one of the grips. I had seen it before, but never really paid attention to it. Yesterday, I took a closer look and sure enough, someone had lightly scratched a name into the frame.
