| [Ben]: | Cara's new pantry | Discuss This [6 comments so far] View Comments | Thursday I picked up a new cabinet for Cara to use as a pantry. I've appropriated the heavy-duty wire rack that had been serving that purpose for the basis of my new reloading bench.
The new cabinet didn't have enough shelves, so I modified it using the Hibschman technique. Some pictures of it are below.
 
I used stainless L brackets with hex-nut washers to keep the screws from punching through the sides. Worked great and I'm pretty sure these shelves have a much higher load capacity than the shelves that came with it. Here's a closeup:
