The planning officials need to be careful how they vote on this. Let's say that they find in favor of the "chapel" and shut down the strip club. What is to stop me from dedicating one room of house to prayer and then declaring that I am church so I should not have to pay any property taxes?
Other than the fact that I don't own a house I mean.
