Basically, the guy goes to buy a stereo at Best Buy. They give him the wrong model, so when he goes back in to get a different one, they install it and say that he doesn't have to pay for the installation. Later, they call him and tell him he's got to pay.
"I'll be a smartass and pay in $2 bills!" he thinks, and so he does. Then they call the Secret Service because they think the bills are phoney and the dude gets arrested.
I might be in some serious trouble judging from my own personal $2 bill habits.
Here's the real kicker, though ...
For Baltimore County police, said spokesman Bill Toohey, "It's a sign that we're all a little nervous in the post-9/11 world."
SPENDING LEGAL TENDER IS NOW A REASON TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT TERROR!?!??!? This is absurd.
