| [Ben]: | Not the only gun guy in NYC | Discuss This [2 comments so far] View Comments | On Wednesday and Thursday, my boss and I took a quick rip up to Connecticut for a business trip. We flew in to LaGuardia on Wednesday, took a madcap drive through Manhattan to briefly see the sights, then zipped up to CT for our meetings. I didn't realize it, but the Uncle was there with his wife around the same time.
Flying in, the clouds were so low that I couldn't see anything until we touched down. The low ceiling made some of the sights less impressive (i.e. the Empire State Building didn't look much taller than anything else - everything was lost in the haze) but it was interesting nonetheless. |
