Matt finally stopped using a minimally responsive (and lower quality) outside vendor for his MyServicePride products and brought it in-house. The new products are fantastic. At my request he made my Uncle's mug a 15 ounce cup instead of 11 ounce and the color is superb. If you've got military folks in your family, seriously consider buying something for them. If you don't see what you want, email Matt - he is happy to work with you to figure out a solution. If you order the mugs, license plates or bag tags, Matt will make them on the same equipment he made the mug below.
