A big reason why the government is inefficient and ineffective is because Washington has outdated technology, with federal workers having better computers at home than in the office.

Sorry Pete, but I'm not buying it.
Inefficient government has a lot more to do with lack of personal and fiscal accountability, bloated government unions, the fact that unions make it difficult to fire problematic public sector employees, wasteful "expense" spending by Congresscritters, enormous pork projects, etc. etc. etc. etc. In short, the problem of inefficiency in government lies with government.
And frankly, I want the government to be as inefficient as possible while it is moving in its current direction ... |
