The kind folks at my local Blockbuster charged my credit card $213.96 recently. The reason? They said I kept Season 2 of The Office, and of course four DVDs of a single season of a TV show is worth $213.96.
I returned The Office well before it was due - the Friday after I rented it, actually.
After calling them, they looked around and found it ... and said they'll give me a refund eventually.
FYI, if you want to actually buy season 2 of The Office, you probably won't pay more than $40 ... even if you don't shop around. If you do shop around, you can find it for half that.
Wonderful, Blockbuster. Absolutely wonderful. I'm happier and happier that I went with NetFlix. |
