I'm very happy about the way the front piece turned out. It took some work to get it shaped the way I wanted, but when I put it into position, it mated up with the CD feed perfectly, and because I left the opening very narrow, I don't think I'll need to mask it off at all. I'll be cutting the back and side vents next, along with the port for the connectors. Michael had some ideas on how I could build out some neat looking vents but I'll have to experiment a little first before I settle on a technique.
