| [Ben]: | Saturday Night Swords | Discuss This [1 comment so far] View Comments | Recently it was announced that samurai swords would be added to Britain's Offensive Weapons Order. Essentially, this means that such swords would be illegal to buy, sell or import.
There will, of course, be exceptions. Museums, collectors, and martial arts enthusiasts are exempt from the law. The defining factor? Cost.

So, in essence, Britain is banning Saturday Night Swords.
I'm not sure what they'll ban next. Metal spoons because they're easily converted into assault grapefruit spoons, or plastic cutlery because it is cheaper and available to the po' folk? |
