| [Ben]: | Tough lady! | Discuss This [1 comment so far] View Comments | If someone grabbed me and dropped me into a canyon near Wallowa mountain in Oregon and forced me to find my way out, I would probably survive, but it wouldn't be easy. I'm a young guy in reasonable physical condition; nothing to be proud of, mind you, just reasonable. Still, getting stranded in the middle of nowhere and being forced to spend two weeks subsisting on only what you can find ... that's going to be tough on anyone of any age not accustomed to wilderness survival.
Ora Doris Anderson did quite well for herself the past few weeks.
Good on her. Didn't give up and kept pushing, despite a hip injury and the inevitable dehydration. That brand of tough is rare.
